Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must provide terms for delivery and returns of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a disclaimer is called a distance contract (Cabinet Regulations).

Distance contract 

In this Online Store, the seller of the offered goods is SIA GS Print  Registration number 40203720987  on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and payment procedure

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated in the Online Store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail corresponding to the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Buyer can place orders 24 hours a day, but the Seller processes orders: on working days from 9:00 to 17:00; on Saturdays and Sundays – processing is not carried out. The Seller sends the Buyer a confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, then the order has not been accepted. Order processing is started when the money has been credited to the Seller’s account.

The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 3–7 business days after payment for the goods has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, in the Buyer’s account, and is sent in the purchase confirmation e-mail.

The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the actions of the delivery service provider or force majeure circumstances.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods by sending the Seller a notice of withdrawal. The Seller sends the withdrawal form to the Buyer by e-mail upon the Buyer’s request.

The Buyer’s obligation is to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal. All expenses related to returning the goods to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.

After receiving the goods, the payment will be refunded within 5 business days. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Please prepare the following information and include it with the return shipment:

  • Order number;
  • Product name;
  • Reason for return.

Please make sure of the following:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and undamaged;
  • The product must be unused
  • PThe product must be in the same комплектation as received;

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, or they deteriorate quickly or are quickly consumed;
  • the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
  • the buyer has opened the packaging of an audio recording, video recording, or computer software.

Part six of Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia provides that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period for exercising the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in cases where the goods are damaged, handled carelessly during use, or instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that the data provided by them is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

Cookies

Cookies are used on the website to ensure the operation of the site, analyze traffic, and improve the user experience. The user can restrict or delete cookies in their browser settings.

Products and prices

All prices in the online store are indicated in euros (€) and are final prices.

The company is not a VAT payer; therefore VAT is not applied and is not shown separately on invoices.

The Seller reserves the right to change the product assortment and prices at any time.

Product visual representation and colors

Product images in the online store are for informational purposes.

Product colors may differ slightly from those shown in the image, as well as from the indicated or available material shade or the manufacturer’s specification. Color differences may occur depending on screen settings, lighting, the material used, the manufacturer, as well as the specifics of the production process. Such differences are not considered non-conformity of the goods.
